Artifact/Artifiction

Royal Saskatchewan Museum, Albert and College, Regina, Sk.

I'll be playing instrumental music again for this great event. When you see the word 'entertainment' below, that's me. Hosted by the Friends of the Royal Saskatchewan Museum, Artifact/Artifiction matches wits between party-goers and museum curators, collections managers and archivists. Twenty peculiar artifacts from the Royal Saskatchewan Museum (RSM) collections – and 20 even stranger tales about the items’ origins – are displayed throughout the gallery spaces. Your task: decipher fact from fiction by determining which stories are tall-tales and which are truths.

It's going to be an evening of fun with artifacts, games, raffles, a silent auction, entertianment, cocktails* and food!

All proceeds from Artifact/Artifiction go to the Royal Saskatchewan Museum's Graduate Student Scholarship Fund and help fund our scientific research.

Tickets can be purchased at The Museum Shop, by calling 306-757-5951 or emailing Michelle. Want to try your luck at winning a pair of tickets? Enter to WIN!
